Q: Do I the prospective candidate have to pay for anything

A: We don’t charge for any of the services we offer to our employees


Q: What should I do if I find a job on my own prior to being placed on assignment through KumabeHR?

A: We encourage our candidates to continue their own job search and if in the event the candidate received a job offer it is appreciated that we receive notification of their new job. This will provide other candidates other opportunities for our job placements.


Q: What should I do if I am unable to make it to my temporary job that day (due to illness, emergency, etc.)?

A: We expect punctual etiquette from our employees. It is good business practice to notify your immediate supervisor by phone of any absences or tardiness. We also ask that you notify KumabeHR regarding any absences and it will help us better manage your job assignment.


Q: What is KumabeHR’s policy regarding associates resigning from temporary position:

A: We ask to provide at least a week notice if you anticipate early leave. At KumabeHR we pride ourselves on professionalism and we expect our associates to do the same.
